Vacuum cleaner manufacturer Dyson is set to cut around 1,000 jobs in the U.K. as part of a review of its business.
The company, best known for its vacuum cleaners and hair dryers, currently employs 3,500 people in the country.
"Dyson operates in increasingly fierce and competitive global markets, in which the pace of innovation and change is only accelerating.
The company said that people whose jobs are at risk would be supported through the process.
