Primul colhoz din actuala regiune Cernăuţi a apărut la finele lunii ianuarie, în localitatea Lenkivţi din raionul Chelmenţi. Pe data de 6 februarie, în istorie au intrat gospodăriile colective din localităţile Komariv, raionul Chelmenţi; Serbiceni şi Bilousivka, raionul Secureni. 18 gospodării colective au apărut în localităţile ucrainene, iar 3 – în cele cu populaţie de origine română. Peste două zile, gospodării colective se vor afla în localităţile Neporotove, raionul Secureni; Dubivţi, raionul Chiţmani; Vaslovivţi, fostul raion Sadagura. Pe data de 21 martie se unesc ţăranii din Clişcăuţi, raionul Hotin; Tărăşeni şi Cuciurul Mare, fostul raion Cernăuţi; Stârcea, raionul Hliboca.
