Williams appears to be the first person to publicly allege sexual misconduct by Trump in which Epstein played a role. Later, in the “later winter, early spring” of 1993, Williams recalled, she was walking with Epstein near Fifth Avenue when he suggested visiting Trump at Trump Tower. “He made me feel so disgusting and, I remember, at that moment so utterly confused,” Williams recalled. Days after the incident, a postcard arrived at her modeling agency addressed to her, Williams recalled. “He harmed me,” Williams told NBC News.

Ackman, in his initial tweet about Harvard, said that "a number of CEOs" shared his desire to publicly out the Harvard students who condemned Israel. Other business leaders were quick to echo his calls, winning plaudits on social media. In a visit to Harvard, Insider spoke with a range of students about the backlash to the statement on Israel. It's ironic, of course, to accuse students of silencing dissent when Ackman and other business leaders are seeking to do exactly that. But now, some Harvard students fear that the backlash from the business community will have a chilling effect on student speech.

Rudy Giuliani's ex-lawyer has filed a lawsuit seeking nearly $1.4 million in unpaid bills. Costello and Giuliani's advisor Ted Goodman didn't immediately respond to requests for comment on Monday evening. One of Trump's PAC has also paid $340,000 to a legal records firm that Giuliani owed money to, records show. In July, a panel of the DC Bar recommended that Giuliani's law license be revoked. Giuliani isn't the only Trump ally to fail to pay legal fees to Costello.

A judge ordered former Trump White House aide Steve Bannon to pay a New York law firm $480,487 in unpaid legal bills. The judge noted that Davidoff Hutcher had been paid $375,000 for work for Bannon before he stopped paying the firm. "Clearly someone affiliated with defendant was getting these invoices and defendant admits he instructed his team to pay plaintiff," Bluth wrote. Bannon "cannot receive the benefit of plaintiff's legal representation and then insist he need not for it," the judge wrote. Bannon's former lawyer, Davidoff Hutcher partner Robert Costello, told CNBC that if Bannon "appeals, of course, the meter is running" on the unpaid fees he owes the firm.

Robert Costello on Monday after testifying before a grand jury investigating Donald Trump. The Manhattan grand jury investigating Donald Trump’s role in a hush-money payment to a porn star heard Monday from what is likely to be its last witness, while law-enforcement officials planned for a potential indictment of the former president as soon as this week. Robert Costello, a partner in the New York office of Davidoff Hutcher & Citron LLP and former federal prosecutor, appeared before the grand jury at the request of Mr. Trump’s lawyers. Mr. Costello in 2018 advised Michael Cohen , a former Trump lawyer and key witness in the hush-money probe, while Mr. Cohen was facing federal scrutiny for multiple offenses.

Steve Bannon's ex-lawyers filed a lawsuit saying he hasn't paid nearly $500,000 in legal bills. The firm represented Bannon when he defied his January 6 subpoena. The lawsuit, filed Friday, says the firm billed Bannon $855,487.87 but was paid only $375,000, leaving an outstanding balance of $480,487.87. Trump pardoned Bannon shortly before leaving office, but the Manhattan district attorney's office brought a similar case against him that remains pending. Bannon is having trouble with his lawyers in the Manhattan district attorney's case, too.
