Wall Street is wondering whether the tech rally that's pushed the S & P 500 through record after record this year can continue, even as some cracks emerge in the market outlook.

Information technology is the best-performing sector in the S & P 500 this week, gaining 6.2%.
As it is, the S & P 500 is already above 5,400, having advanced more than 13% this year.
Winners and losers market David Miller, investment chief at Catalyst Funds, also said the S & P 500 could end 2024 with a 17% or 18% gain.
