Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing new sexual assault accusations. NBC News has obtained two new civil lawsuits filed Sunday in the Southern District of New York by Texas-based attorney Tony Buzbee. Both suits, filed on behalf of unidentified men, allege Combs sexually assaulted them in 2022 in separate incidents. The latest civil suits come less than a week after Buzbee filed six other suits against the embattled music mogul. The incidents alleged in the complaints span from 1995 to 2021 and include allegations of sexual assault and rape. The lawsuits, filed Monday, name Combs and his various businesses as defendants and the accusers are seeking unspecified damages. In a filing ahead of last week’s hearing, attorneys for Combs filed a bail appeal in New York’s federal appeals court. In a statement at the time of the settlement, Combs denied all of the allegations.

Sean "Diddy" Combs wants to go to trial on sex trafficking charges next spring, the embattled hip-hop mogul's lawyers informed a judge Wednesday. "Mr. Combs continues to assert his right to a speedy trial and intends to request a trial date in April or May 2025, and as consistent with the Court’s trial schedule," the jailed rapper's lawyers wrote. Combs was charged last month with sex trafficking, racketeering and transportation to engage in prostitution in a sweeping indictment by the Southern District of New York. Combs' preference was mentioned in a joint letter from his lawyers and prosecutors. In the joint letter, U.S. government prosecutors said they have started submitting to defense lawyers some of the "voluminous" evidence in the case, including "several terabytes of electronic material" regarding Combs.

Netflix is producing a docuseries from Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson about charges of sex trafficking and racketeering as well as sexual assault and violent abuse allegations against Sean “Diddy” Combs. It is a complex narrative spanning decades, not just the headlines or clips seen so far,” 50 Cent and Stapleton said in an exclusive statement to Variety. While the allegations are disturbing, we urge all to remember that Sean Combs’ story is not the full story of hip-hop and its culture. At the time, 50 Cent shared a clip on X that showed Bad Boy Records rapper Mark Curry alleging that Combs would spike bottles of champagne at his parties before women drank from them. Combs on Tuesday pleaded not guilty to each count: racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking and transportation to engage in prostitution. The lawsuit accuses Combs and other defendants of sex trafficking, human trafficking, sexual assault, gender-motivated violence, sexual harassment, gender discrimination and a hostile work environment. Diddy is not accused of sexual assault in the lawsuit but is included in allegations of liability and aiding and abetting. Sean “Diddy” Combs was arrested Monday, the U.S. Attorney's Office in New York said. U.S. Attorney Damian Williams confirmed in a statement that on Monday evening, federal agents had arrested Combs, based on a sealed indictment filed by the Southern District of New York. Combs’ attorney Marc Agnifilo expressed disappointment in a statement. Richard, who was a member of the girl group Danity Kane, which Combs formed on the MTV reality competition “Making the Band,” sued Combs last week. The warrant to search Combs’ properties came from the Southern District of New York, NBC News has reported.

His attorneys also filed a motion to dissolve a temporary restraining order Cardello-Smith recently obtained against him after Combs failed to contest it. In a statement Wednesday, his attorney said Combs “is shocked and disappointed” by Richard’s lawsuit. CNN —Almost 48 hours after being shown physically assaulting his then-girlfriend Cassie Ventura in 2016 in a surveillance video obtained exclusively by CNN, Sean “Diddy” Combs has apologized. “It’s so difficult to reflect on the darkest times in your life, but sometimes you got to do that,” Combs said in a video statement posted to Instagram. In the video, Ventura exits a hotel room and walks to a bank of elevators. Sean Combs and Cassie Ventura are seen in security video in 2016. Ventura, who reached an undisclosed settlement with Combs, declined to comment on the video obtained by CNN.
