Images of children wearing clothing with pentagrams and skulls were created with artificial intelligence (AI) and do not show a real Target collection, as claimed on social media.
Some posts referred to conservative backlash to the retailers’ Pride Month collection in May.
The images of children in satanic-themed clothing newly circulating, however, are not real photographs.
The images were posted on AI imagery groups on Facebook on May 26 (here) (here ).
These images do not depict a real Target collection, they were created with artificial intelligence.
