We have an embarrassment of riches when we look at TJX Companies and Costco in terms of just flat-out value — and a dicey one, admittedly, in Best Buy , which I think has turned an important corner. Costco Research firm Redburn downgraded Costco this week, which made me want to downgrade Redburn. But Costco stock has never been cheap.
