The board will be composed of C-suite leaders from HR, strategy, technology, and DEI. The C-suite is getting more crowded, and jobs like chief growth officer and chief AI officer are becoming more common. Increasing amounts of data and the emergence of AI, Wiggins told BI, require companies to have roles beyond chief information officer or chief technology officer. "The future of DEI," Lawless said, "does need to be more diffuse."
