Coat the cauliflower in sauce, shower with whatever kind of cheese you like and bake until golden and bubbling. The “recipe” is quite forgiving, and because cauliflower cheese can often be a bit bland, I added a sprinkling of cumin seeds and a touch of ground cayenne. Baked cauliflower for dinner on its own is lovely, but it can also be a vegetable accompaniment, say, for roast chicken (which, dare I say, you could even make without a recipe).

Beginning October 9, the fast food chain is adding two new dipping sauces to its menu for a limited time, joining its lineup of six sauces that include barbecue, ranch and sweet and sour. Some celebrity meals also came with re-branded dipping sauces, or ones that had previously only been available in certain regions. And while other chains struggle to bring more customers into restaurant locations, McDonald’s is reporting growth in US traffic. A group of Ukrainian volunteers received a Porsche Cayenne to retrofit into a vehicle for the military. "When our team received this Porsche, it was quite a challenge to find the best way to utilize the luxury vehicle," said Roman Hapachylo, co-founder of Car for Ukraine. But the Porsche car was a different project. Car for Ukraine exists solely on donations of military aid, vehicles, and money.
