South Carolina GOP Sen. Lindsey Graham on Sunday slammed members of his own party who are supporting Vice President Kamala Harris’ presidential bid, asking them, “What the hell are you doing?”“You’re supporting the most radical nominee in the history of American politics,” Graham said on NBC News’ “Meet the Press.”Several high-profile Republicans have endorsed Harris in recent weeks, including former GOP Reps. Liz Cheney and Adam Kinzinger and several former members of the Trump administration. “The danger to this country is the policies of Biden and Harris,” Graham added. “When Vice President Harris is asked, ‘What would you do different?’ she says, ‘Nothing comes to mind,’” he said. Graham appeared to be referring to comments Harris originally made on “The View” earlier this month, for which she has been criticized by Republicans. Asked by the hosts of that show whether she would have done anything differently than Biden, Harris simply said that “there is not a thing that comes to mind.”

CNN —The Donald Trump vice presidential reality selection show is heating up, with pundits laying out lists of possible people Trump might choose. They range from South Carolina GOP Sen. Tim Scott, to Ohio Sen. JD Vance, to even former Fox News host Tucker Carlson. Trump won’t select a running mate who will help expand his voting base, as he did in 2016 when he named then-Indiana Gov. Pablo Martinez Monsivais/APWith those type of schemes, Trump needs a vice president who will not push back like Pence did. In fact, there’s plenty of time for the other contestants vying to be Trump’s VP pick to debase themselves with public displays of affection.

Sen. Mitch McConnell, 81, has had a history of falls this year, per several new reports. After falling and fracturing his rib in March, McConnell also tripped at an airport in July, per NBC. They said they did not see the fall in person but spoke to another passenger who assisted McConnell after his fall. ABC News also reported that McConnell fell while leaving his flight on July 14, citing unnamed sources who said he tripped on the air bridge. Including the two previously unreported incidents, McConnell has had at least three separate falls this year.

South Carolina GOP Sen. Tim Scott officially filed paperwork with the Federal Election Commission on Friday to launch his campaign for president. The campaign finance filing is standard procedure for candidates for president. Federal campaign finance law states that within 15 days of referring to yourself as a candidate or spending a major amount of money, you must file your official campaign notice with the FEC. That seems to be what Scott was doing here, designating himself a candidate for president and naming his campaign committee "Tim Scott for America." Others expected to jump in besides Scott include Florida Gov.

Governors gathered in the nation’s capital in recent days for the National Governors Association winter meeting. And while they were focused on their jobs at hand, questions about the 2024 presidential race were unavoidable. Asked on Saturday if she would like to see Biden run again, Michigan Gov.
