Investors could win big with some of the companies reporting earnings this week that are trading below their fair valuations. About one-third of the S & P 500 , or 154 companies, as well as 10 companies in the Dow Jones Industrial Average , are due to report earnings this week. Talen's surge comes on the back of its deal to sell a data center campus to Amazon Web Services and supply the facility with nuclear power from the Susquehanna station northwest of Allentown, Pennsylvania. The deal is viewed as a trailblazing agreement for the power industry, and Wall Street has taken notice. A year ago, Talen was not covered by any Wall Street analysts, according to FactSet data. And Talen's assets are located almost entirely in the PJM grid, a predominantly mid-Atlantic region where power prices are expected to explode as demand outstrips supply due in part to growing data center load. Data center developers are expected to spend $250 billion annually on data centers, Barclays analyst Nicholas Campanella said in a note this week.

CNN —Shohei Ohtani made yet more baseball history on Sunday, becoming the first player in 130 years to record 85 extra-base hits (XBH) and 45 steals in a single season. In doing so, the two-time AL MVP joined Hugh Duffy as the only other player ever to accomplish the feat. Campanella sees the recent pullback of Constellation's stock, down 12% over the past month, as an attractive buying opportunity. Constellation and Vistra have substantial catalysts on the horizon that are not factored into their guidance, as tech companies shop for nuclear reactors to power their energy-hungry data centers , according to the analysts. They also made the stocks' dividend payments less attractive compared to the risk-free yields on Treasurys. But now these stocks are priced to move, according to Barclays analyst Nicholas Campanella.
