Last month, Trump said he would nominate Charles Kushner, the father of his son-in-law Jared Kushner, to be ambassador to France in his incoming administration. He also named Massad Boulous, whose son is married to Trump's younger daughter, Tiffany Trump, as a senior adviser on Arab and Middle Eastern affairs.

For the previous study, the team measured the amount of manganese antioxidants in the cells of the bacteria. The researchers found that the amount of radiation that a microorganism could survive was directly related to its amount of manganese antioxidants. So the more manganese antioxidants present, the more resistance to radiation. This antioxidant has been used in radiation-inactivated polyvalent vaccines, which rely on radiation to shut down pathogens like chlamydia. The study team analyzed how MDP’s active components, including manganese, phosphate and a peptide called DP1, protect cells and proteins from radiation exposure.

There are some Christmas traditions in England that might confuse people from the US. Christmas pudding, a popular holiday dessert in the UK, is probably unfamiliar to most Americans. Gideon Mendel/Corbis/Getty ImagesOne of the more confusing British holiday traditions (for Americans at least) is pantomime, which are over-the-top musical comedies based on famous fairy tales. These sects have coexisted in this region for hundreds of years, and no one has the right to eliminate them,” Jolani told CNN. For now, his leadership of HTS remains defined by military success, with the group growing into a formidable force against the Assad regime and its powerful backers, including Russia and Iran. Still, the question remains: Can HTS can evolve from a militant insurgency into a legitimate governing authority in post-Assad Syria? Tyler Richey called the S&P 500's surge to 6,000 back in February. AdvertisementBack in February, Tyler Richey laid out an argument for why the S&P 500 could climb all the way to 6,000. The Dow Jones Transportation Index had surged into the green for the year alongside the S&P 500, a sign that the economy was in a good place. And the S&P 500's relative-strength index had been above 70 for three weeks, which historically meant a rally could go on for much longer. Louis FedRichey's downside target is around 4,800, which would mean a 21% setback for the S&P 500 and a reversion to valuation norms.
