Indiana plans to carry out its first execution since 2009 before sunrise Wednesday, with much of the process concealed from the public. Many women are surprised by how much pain they experience during a medication abortion, a study published Tuesday in the journal BMJ Sexual & Reproductive Health found. In the study, researchers looked at survey responses from about 1,600 women in the U.K. who had undergone a medication abortion and then answered questions about the experience. Women are often told to expect cramping akin to strong menstrual cramps during a medication abortion, both in the U.K. and in the U.S. “It’s important to be realistic about what women experience during medical abortion in order to provide meaningful patient-centred care.”Medication abortions involve taking two pills. Medication abortion will not work for an ectopic pregnancy, according to the Food and Drug Administration.

The stock prices of America’s largest health insurance providers — including Aetna owner CVS Health, Cigna and Humana — have also tumbled recently. The men allegedly conspired to evade U.S. sanctions and supply the Iranian government with a type of drone navigation technology used in the Jan. 28 drone attack at the Tower 22 base in Jordan, a U.S. military outpost, prosecutors said. The New York judge who presided over Donald Trump’s hush money trial denied the president-elect’s bid to vacate his guilty verdict on presidential immunity grounds. "Defendant’s motion to dismiss the indictment and verdict is denied," Judge Juan Merchan wrote in a ruling Monday. Merchan handed down the decision after he also denied Trump's argument that he's already protected by presidential immunity because of his election win.
