“For the first couple of months, it felt like we were on vacation,” says Di Rienzo.

“The chefs in the area here really put their heart and soul into things,” says Di Rienzo.
“The expectation of getting your house renovated within six months to a year, that’s not going to happen,” says Di Rienzo.
