Rival Match (MTCH.O), owner of Tinder, also forecast revenue for the third quarter above Wall Street estimates last week, expecting stronger marketing to drive user growth.
Bumble App revenue grew 23.4% to $208 million in second the quarter, compared with $168.5 million a year earlier.
Total revenue jumped 18.5% to $259.7 million, compared to $219.2 million, a year earlier.
But Bumble forecast third-quarter revenue between $274 million and $280 million, a marginally higher midpoint compared with Wall Street expectations of $275.6 million, according to Refinitiv IBES data.
Net earnings stood at $9.3 million, compared with a net loss of $5 million.
