The juxtaposition got to the heart of New York Attorney General Letitia James's lawsuit against Trump, Eric Trump, Donald Trump Jr., Weisselberg, and executive Jeff McConney. Cohen is scheduled to testify as a witness against Trump later in the New York trial, which is set to last until December 22.
