CNN —One of Ukraine’s most powerful oligarchs has been arrested in a fraud investigation, state media in the country are reporting. A Kyiv court on Saturday ordered Ihor Kolomoisky, a key supporter of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky’s 2019 presidential campaign, to 60 days in pre-trial detention while authorities investigate fraud charges against him, reported Ukrinform. Kolomoisky’s media and banking businesses have made him one of the richest men in Ukraine. Video and photos showed Kolomoisky being led away from the district court in Kyiv. Earlier this year Zelensky fired a slew of senior Ukrainian officials over a corruption scandal linked to the procurement of war-time supplies.

InDrive is a ride-hailing app that lets customers haggle with drivers for fares. Many drivers are Uber and Lyft contractors eager to check out inDrive's promise of letting drivers and passengers negotiate ride prices, Arsen Tomsky, inDrive's CEO and founder, said. In 2022, inDrive was the second most downloaded ride-hailing app globally, behind Uber, according to Data.AI. Though it started in Russia, inDrive fully separated from its Russian business last year after the country invaded Ukraine, the company said. In addition to ride-hailing, inDrive in other global markets has added new business segments, including freight delivery, task assistance, and package delivery.

Cooler Screens, which provides in-store ad screens on cooler doors, has detailed expansion plans. Cooler Screens, the company that provides "smart" digital advertising screens on refrigerator doors in Kroger, Walgreens, and Circle K locations, said Tuesday that plans are underway to extend its network to more screens at different areas inside stores. Cooler Screens currently offers a digital merchandising platform that brightly displays the products that sit inside a retailer's cooler units and additional advertising space. Clădirea Președinției ucrainene arată devastator, după ce sâmbătă seara a fost ținta vandalilor. Protestatarii au cerut demisia ministrului de Interne Arsen Avakov, procurorului general Irina Venediktova și eliberarea lui Serghei Sternenko și Andrei Antonenko. Zeci de oameni au aruncat cu vopsea și fumigene în clădire, iar geamurile ușilor de la intrare au fost sparte. Duminică, ușile au fost scoase de muncitori, iar pereții din granit urmează a fi curățați de urgență de vopsea. Președinția a difuzat imagini de la fața locului, care denotă o priveliște dezolantă.

Azerbaidjanul a făcut publice pierderile umane înregistrate în timpul conflictului din Nagorno-Karabah. Potrivit Ministerului azer al Apărării, timp de o lună și jumătate, au murit 2 mii 789 de soldați şi încă peste 100 au fost dați dispăruți. La rândul lor, la mijlocul lunii noiembrie, autorităţile armene au anunțat despre decesul a 2 317 militari. Mai târziu, în 28 noiembrie, ministrul Sănătății, Arsen Torosean, a declarat despre 2 660 de morți și a specificat, că nu este o cifra finală, deoarece continuă căutările persoanelor dispărute și identificarea celor decedaţi. Autorităţile nerecunoscute din Nagorno-Karabah au anunțat despre pierderea a circa 1 400 de militari în luptele care au început la finele lunii septembrie.
