In her letter, Allred questioned how wearing a t-shirt without a bra aligns with Delta's policy that removal could be necessary if a person's clothing causes, "an unreasonable risk of offense or annoyance."
Delta Air Lines did not immediately respond to a request for comment from Business Insider sent outside US working hours.
