The claim surfaced online after at least 20 people were shot, one fatally, at a Juneteenth celebration outside Chicago shortly after midnight on Sunday, June 18, 2023 (here). Video shows people dancing and leaning against an ambulance after a shooting in California in 2021, not in Illinois in 2023.
