CNN —Contrary to the popular view that former President Donald Trump has successfully delayed accountability, this week he’s facing a one-two punch that has the potential to inflict lasting damage.
Some say that this case, too, serves as an example of Trump’s success at delaying prosecution against him.
On March 18, Trump’s lawyers told the court that it was a “practical impossibility” to secure such a large bond.
The bottom line, however, is that the New York attorney general is likely going to continue putting liens on Trump’s properties.
Whatever delays may be present in those jurisdictions, or in Florida’s Mar-a-Lago documents case, in New York the former president is facing serious hits.
