CNN —Online influencer Andrew Tate, his brother Tristan and two Romanian citizens were indicted Tuesday on charges of human trafficking, rape and setting up a criminal gang, according to a statement from Romanian prosecutors. More than 10 properties and land owned by companies registered to the Tate brothers have also been seized so far. Tate was detained on Thursday on suspicion of human trafficking, rape and forming an organised crime group. He has declined to comment but his lawyer has confirmed he has been detained.
