Hundreds of protesters gathered near the Israeli embassy in Amman, Jordan, on Tuesday, with some criticizing Israel and President Biden following a strike on a hospital in Gaza.
As Biden and Arab leaders scrapped a planned meeting in Amman, protester Amir Abu Mayaleh said: "He should not come here to Jordan.
The U.S. embassy is not welcome here, because they support Israel."
Another protester, Ahmed Khalil, said: "We support Palestinians and Hamas."
He said he was born in Jordan with forebears from Hebron in the West Bank.
