Sure, they were talking about the city, but over a third of adults in New York state report getting fewer than seven hours of sleep a night — and they're not alone. Ideally, people over the age of 18 should sleep between seven and nine hours a night to help prevent health issues like cancer, heart attacks, and depression. While the trial results demonstrate that obesity drugs may have significant health benefits beyond shedding unwanted pounds, organizations representing U.S. insurers emphasized that the data is still preliminary. "Health insurance providers will continue to analyze new evidence as it becomes available," he added. Ceci Connolly, CEO of the Alliance of Community Health Plans, acknowledged the promise of the data but said "outrageous prices should give everyone pause." South Dakota ranked above Hawaii and Illinois for most relaxed, analysts from Diamond Rehab Thailand say. South Dakota claimed the number one spot, beating out the likes of Hawaii and Alaska. A March report from WalletHub ranked the state 48th in its list of most-to-least stressed states based on work, money, family, and health-related stress. According to the survey, people in South Dakota rank second only to Minnesota in the average number of hours they sleep each night. However, the state ranked in the top five for the average hours worked per week.
