Those customers could go to cybersecurity rival — and Club holding — Palo Alto . Palo Alto shares have yet to see much of a bounce on the news, up just 2.7% since Thursday's close. PANW YTD mountain Palo Alto Networks (PANW) year-to-date performance We're long-term bullish on Palo Alto because of its stellar leadership with CEO Nikesh Arora at the helm, along with the company's dominance in its respective market as the only real soup-to-nuts cybersecurity play. It's CrowdStrike.. and Palo Alto, which with this 'platformization' strategy has started to do better," Cramer said. We currently have a 2 rating on Palo Alto shares and a price target of $360.

Shortly after the opening bell, we will be selling 195 shares of Estee Lauder at roughly $99.05. Following the trade, Jim Cramer's Charitable Trust will own 330 shares of EL, decreasing its weighting to about 1% from roughly 1.6%. And now with our trusted S & P Short Range Oscillator still overbought at 4.88%, we believe it is only right to trim a loser in Estee Lauder . The market is only driven by a handful of massive tech stocks – and therefore, it's built on a weaker foundation than a market advancing on a broader swath of its constituents. Companies don't lose dominance or stock leadership because they were dominant the last time we had a bull market. We trimmed Nvidia, Meta Platforms, Palo Alto Networks , and five other tech stocks at the beginning of the year. Would the market suddenly become more investible if we broke up the Super Six into say 15 different companies and stocks? However, we don't think they are a reason to bail entirely on any of these names.

I found this levered concept incredibly valuable when I ran other peoples' money at my hedge fund years ago. My first question to them, usually interjected, rudely, if I were bored or confused was: "What the heck is this business levered to?" Palo Alto Networks To understand this kind of leverage that I am talking about — as opposed to the kind that involves debt —let's start with something easy, let's start with the stock of Palo Alto Networks . We own Palo Alto because its fortunes are levered to something that has the most explosive growth of an industry I know: cybercrime. If we didn't own Palo Alto we would own CrowdStrike.
