Daniel Penny, the man who was found not guilty in the chokehold death of Jordan Neely, will be the personal guest of Vice President-elect JD Vance at the Army-Navy game on Saturday. Vance and Penny will watch the game from Trump's suite at the Washington Commanders Stadium in Landover, Maryland, at 3 p.m. NOTUS, a publication of the Allbritton Journalism Institute, first reported Penny's plan to attend the game. Penny, a former Marine, was acquitted Monday in the New York chokehold case, with a jury finding him not guilty of criminally negligent homicide. With its recognition in Kansas, the No Labels party will now be on the ballots of at least 12 states, though the party's yet to endorse a candidate publicly. In a report published Thursday by the Allbritton Journalism Institute's "News of the United States," No Labels leader and former Democratic Missouri Gov. Jay Nixon suggested that while Republican Trump supporters attacked the Capitol in 2021, "Democrats are contributing" to the country's worsening political rhetoric.

A Meta executive has some qualms with the Apple Watch Ultra, the iPhone maker's most advanced smart watch to-date. Andrew Bosworth, the chief technology officer of Meta, was asked to share his thoughts on Apple's smart watch during a Q&A he hosted on his Instagram. The $799 Apple Watch Ultra is the company's most advanced smart watch to-date.
