A man suspected of killing a Maryland judge outside his home last week was found dead on Thursday morning, ending a weeklong manhunt, the local authorities said. Military officers seized power shortly after Bongo was announced as its winner - a result they annulled and said was not credible. This latest legal attempt instead seeks reparations for those who claim they have already been harmed as a result of the project construction.
