The Russian division came under fire from Ukrainian HIMARS while gathering, per the bloggers. According to the military blogger Rybar, the incident occurred in Kreminna, Luhansk, just before a Russian division was about to begin an assault. Another Russian military blogger known by a pseudonym, Older than Edda, had harsh words for the unidentified commander.
