Pentru data de 19 martie a fost anunțată convocarea ședinței extraordinare a Consiliului municipal Cahul, pe ordinea de zi figurând 15 proiecte de decizii. Șapte decizii aprobate în cadrul ședinței inițial nu au fost aduse la cunoștința publicului, în conformitate cu legea în vigoare. În cele ce urmează vom încerca să prezentăm cele mai importante decizii aprobate la ace ședință de către aleșii locali. Aceasta prevede dizolvarea Întreprinderii Municipale „Biroul de proiectare pe lângă arhitectul-șef al municipiului Cahul”, cu transmiterea ulterioare a patrimoniului la balanța Primăriei municipiului Cahul. Veniturile ratate în bugetul local, legate de punerea în aplicare a prezentei decizii vor fi acoperite din fondul de rezervă a Primăriei municipiului Cahul.

Consiliera prezidențială, Olesea Stamate, a anunțat miercuri, 20 ianuarie, că decizia Curții de Apel districtuale a SUA pe cauza Energoalians nu este în câștigul R. Moldova. Potrivit lui Stamate, Curtea de Apel a menținut decizia primei instanțe, doar că a solicitat primei instanțe să se expună dacă banii urmează a fi achitați în lei sau în dolari. „Spre regret decizia Curții de Apel districtuale a SUA pe cauza Energoalians nu este în câștigul Republicii Moldova. Din contra, Curtea de Apel a menținut decizia primei instanțe, doar că a solicitat primei instanțe să se expună dacă banii urmează a fi achitați în lei sau dolari. În textul deciziei se arată că, Curtea de Apel pentru Districtul Columbia (SUA) a menținut decizia primei instanțe.

Curtea de Apel Districtuală a Statelor Unite pentru Districtul Columbia (SUA) a casat hotărârea primei instanțe prin care R. Moldova trebuia să achite un prejudiciu de aproape 60 milioane dolari SUA companiei ucrainene Energoalians (actual Komstroy). Anunțul a fost făcut de ministrul Justiției R. Moldova, Fadei Nagacevschi. Procesele judiciare au avut o durată excesivă, fiind declanșare în 2010, de către compania ucraineană „Energoalians” contra Republicii Moldova. Sarnaţchi a fost, la rându-i, partener de afaceri cu ucraineanul Vitali Podvişevskii la compania Transbud. Vitali Podvişevskii este şi unul dintre acţionarii ucraineni ai Moldindconbank, instituţie financiară din R. Moldova, cu 4,33%, fiind partener cu acelaşi Platon.
