New York CNN —Right-wing media mogul Rupert Murdoch tied the knot Saturday for the fifth time, according to British tabloid newspaper the Sun. The Sun, which is owned by Murdoch, released photos of the 93-year-old Australian billionaire alongside his 67-year-old wife, retired molecular biologist Elena Zhukova, at his vineyard in Bel-Air, California, where the ceremony took place. Zhukova is the mother of Russian American art collector Dasha Zhukova, the former wife of Russian oligarch Roman Abramovich. Murdoch sat for decades at the helm of Fox Corporation and News Corp, two media companies with outlets that include the Wall Street Journal, the New York Post and Fox News. CNN —A multi-country prisoner exchange that might have freed Russian opposition leader Alexey Navalny was being discussed and progressing when he died last month, multiple sources have told CNN, and included the direct involvement of a Russian oligarch, Roman Abramovich. However, a source close to Navalny’s team told CNN that on the evening of February 15 they had received word that a message had been delivered to Putin. Clinton “initially passed on the message” to US National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan, Grozev told CNN. “We had to find a way to package the German asset [Krasikov] into an American negotiation,” the source close to the Navalny team said. Getting the message to Putin was one of the greatest challenges, the individual close to the Navalny team told CNN.

Concord Management LLC of Tarrytown, New York, and owner Michael Matlin were operating as unregistered investment advisers to a single client, a former Russian official with apparent connections to the Russian Federation, the SEC said in a statement. Matlin founded Concord in 1999 to provide investment advice and supervise investments in U.S. private funds, the SEC said. The firm monitored investments for the Russian individual until March 2022, when the United Kingdom and European Union sanctioned the unidentified client, it said.
