A walk to customer service takes place soon after. Now, Apple wants to help you find your lost luggage. Apple is unveiling a new feature where users will be able to share an Air Tag’s location with third parties, like airlines. The new Apple feature is available worldwide in beta and is part of the iOS 18.2 software update, which is expected to be released in December. Since being introduced in 2021, the Apple Air Tag product has helped people keep track of their belongings, from wallets to keys.

Airlines, including Iberia, Wizz Air, and Aer Lingus, have announced their first A321XLR routes. Irish carrier Aer Lingus said in October that it will launch its first A321XLR flight between Dublin and Nashville in April. The eight-and-a-half-hour route is a niche nonstop for the industry, with Aer Lingus as the only operator. Reddit calls them logged-out users and, based on some industry estimates, they only monetize at about one-third the rate of logged-in users. The number of logged-out users surpassed logged-in users in the fourth quarter, and the gap has since widened. Logged-in users increased 31% in the second quarter to 42 million, while logged-out users increased at a much more robust rate of 74% to 49.2 million. Alan Gould, managing director at Loop Capital, said Google makes up "the vast majority of the logged-out users." By 2025, Reddit's logged-in users could represent an ARPU of $17.60 compared to $5.90 for logged-out users, Black said, based on the firm's estimates.

GE shares were up 6% at $113.14 in pre-market hours. The Boston-based group now expects 2023 adjusted profit per share of $2.55 to $2.65, compared with an earlier forecast of $2.10 to $2.30. "At GE Aerospace, we continue to experience rapid growth driven by robust demand and solid execution, largely in commercial engines and services," CEO Larry Culp said in a statement. GE's aerospace unit, which makes engines for Boeing Co (BA.N) and Airbus (AIR.PA) jets, posted double-digit growth in orders, revenue and profit from a year earlier. Shares of its aerospace unit will continue GE's listing on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "GE", the company said.

The transaction will be worth $2 billion based on AerCap's closing price, according to LSEG data, and follows a sale by GE of 18 million shares in March. GE said in March 2021 it will "over time" sell its stake - 33.6% as per latest LSEG data - after AerCap bought the conglomerate's aircraft leasing unit in a $30 billion deal. AerCap also agreed on Monday to repurchase 12.2 million shares, worth $750 million.
