CNN —Joey Logano took home his third career NASCAR Cup Series championship at Phoenix Raceway in Avondale, Arizona on Sunday. With the win, Logano becomes the 10th driver in NASCAR history to win three or more titles. An exuberant Logano told the NBC broadcast after the race, “I love the playoffs, I love it, man.”“What a race, what a Team Penske battle there at the end,” Logano continued. Two racing teams, one owned by basketball legend Michael Jordan, filed a federal lawsuit on Wednesday, accusing NASCAR operators of being "monopolistic bullies" who line the pockets of the circuit's founding family.
