Orbán has endorsed Trump, and Trump has touted the prime minister’s backing, even noting it during September’s presidential debate. GOP Sen. "We have to send a signal, even if it is a symbolic signal, that being against the foreign policy of the European Union ... has to have some consequences," Borrell told reporters in Brussels on Monday.
