Analysts said, however, that Asiana's greenlighting of the cargo unit sale did not necessarily ensure smooth sailing ahead for the deal. North Korean leader Kim Jong Un attended a celebration for a new 'nuclear attack' submarine on Friday. He watched the event and gave an address while wearing a cream suit, sun hat, and huge smile. North Korea state media reported that the submarine is meant to patrol the waters between Korea and Japan. Kim told event attendees that giving the North Korean Navy access to nuclear weapons was a priority. "Still, the design reflects Kim Jong Un's policy of increasing his nuclear force 'exponentially,'" Yang said.
