Be it spouses, best friends or acquaintances, travelers enduring long stretches of time together often struggle to find a middle ground. Carter's decision may keep Combs confined in a notoriously violent and uncomfortable Brooklyn jail until he takes a plea or goes to trial. On Wednesday, Carter heard Comb's appeal on that decision — but agreed with Tarnofsky that Combs should remain behind bars. Federal prosecutors in Manhattan have accused Combs of sex-trafficking, illegally transporting people for sex, and running a racketeering conspiracy. The advent of digital dermatology, pushed forward by increasingly innovative and sophisticated digital tools — not only smartphones and video calling apps but artificial intelligence — is enabling a growing number of global brands to diagnose, prescribe and produce bespoke creams via virtual consultation rooms. I tried Klira, a digital dermatology service co-founded in 2021 by British dermatologist Dr. Emma Craythorne. From Simon Ourian MDWhile digital dermatology makes it possible to access the expertise of people who might otherwise be out of your price bracket or zip code, there are inevitable drawbacks and limitations to using a digital dermatologist exclusively. “Although it was not a total transformation, my skin did get a bit better and I would recommend the digital dermatologist route,” she said.

In one lunar region, Japan’s “Moon Sniper” mission has beaten the odds and survived three long, frigid lunar nights since its sideways landing on January 19. But first, China has set its sights on returning to the moon’s “hidden side.”An illustration depicts the far side of the moon, with Earth behind it. Since the Chang’e 4 mission in 2019, China remains the only country to have landed on the moon’s far side, sometimes called the “dark side” of the moon. Known as Shanidar Z, after the cave in Iraqi Kurdistan where she was found in 2018, the woman was a Neanderthal, a type of ancient human that disappeared around 40,000 years ago. The Shanidar Z facial reconstruction suggests that these differences might not have been so stark in life, Pomeroy said. Shanidar cave in Iraqi Kurdistan was first excavated in the 1950s. Neanderthals may not have honored their dead with bouquets of flowers, but the inhabitants of Shanidar Cave were likely an empathetic species, research suggests. Shanidar Z is the first Neanderthal found in the cave in more than 50 years, Pomeroy said, but the site could still yield more discoveries.
