CNN —Embattled musician and producer Sean “Diddy” Combs has been arrested, the mogul’s attorney tells CNN. According to a source, Combs was arrested in a Manhattan hotel on Monday night and is currently being processed. “We are disappointed with the decision to pursue what we believe is an unjust prosecution of Mr. Combs by the U.S. Attorney’s Office,” Marc Agnifilo, an attorney for Combs, told CNN. Combs’ attorney said that the musician has been cooperating with the investigation, and relocated to New York last week in anticipation of being charged.
