For Carter Worth, there's one that stands out above all others: volume. They say it's all in the price action. … but volume is the essential criteria," Worth, the founder of Worth Charting with more than three decades on the Street, told CNBC's Dominic Chu in this special Pro Talks discussion available to all readers. "The study of volume and price volume correlation is the single most important thing one can do if one wants to engage in pattern recognition and studying price action trying to profit in the market." A secretive Democratic super PAC has been quietly running a massive Spanish-language ad campaign in support of Vice President Kamala Harris, pumping tens of millions of dollars into trying to reach persuadable Latino voters. U.S. and Israeli negotiators will travel to Doha in the coming days, the top diplomats for U.S. and Qatar said Thursday, intending to resume long-stalled talks to reach a ceasefire deal and secure the release of hostages in Gaza. The announcement comes after Israeli forces killed Yahya Sinwar, the head of Hamas, earlier this month and the militant group continues its search for a new leader. Among the options is an Egyptian proposal, as previously reported by NBC News, for a two-week ceasefire in exchange for the release of six hostages. Qatari Sheikh Mohammed said there are ongoing discussions between Egypt and Hamas even today and he “hopes the discussions will yield something positive” for the talks that follow. Speaking from Doha, Blinken said the U.S. had seen Israel take some positive steps but it is not enough to get assistance to the borders of Gaza.

So how can you talk politics when traveling abroad without offending others, looking stupid or starting a bar fight? Now, when I travel, I like to ask people about how American politics directly affect their lives. Let the other person talk firstPeople have different intentions of why they want to talk politics with you. But if you want to talk about politics abroad, you might want to consider how the locals communicate and adapt your style. She is American by birth, with European ancestry and British residence, giving her a global perspective on what it’s like to be an American abroad.

The new national security memorandum, issued in the final months of Biden’s term, seeks to strike a balance between deploying AI’s powerful potential with protecting against some of its fearsome possibilities. For example, the document prohibits use of AI to skirt existing protocols around deploying nuclear weapons. Revealing the new parameters during a speech at the National War College, Biden’s national security adviser Jake Sullivan framed the stakes of managing the rise of AI. Biden administration officials believe rapidly developing AI tools will set off new competition between world powers. While largely developed in the United States, countries like China are swiftly applying the technology in military and civilian settings.

On Tuesday, the New York Times reported that both JPMorgan CEO Jamie Dimon and Microsoft founder Bill Gates support Harris, but won't say so publicly. On the flipside, it's also possible that there are pro-Trump CEOs who don't want to alienate liberal customers and employees. By 2019, Sands found that restaurants given a Michelin star were more likely to shutter. The publicity created around an award such as a Michelin star drives interest. The stakes are high for psilocybin clinical trials — there’s a pressing need for a more effective medical solution in the fight against depression, especially treatment-resistant depression. “People begin to feel, understand and appreciate that their brain can change and they can escape from their depression,” Nutt said. “For that reason alone, this research matters.”At six weeks, the study found no significant difference in depression scores between the antidepressant and psilocybin groups.
