Upway, a French startup that refurbishes and resells secondhand e-bikes, has just raised $30 million in Series B funding. The Paris-based company, founded in 2021 by former Uber executives Stéphane Ficaja and Toussaint Wattinne, buys up used e-bikes, refurbishes them where necessary, and sells them on for a discounted price. THE HAGUE (Reuters) - The prosecutor tasked with finding the last remaining fugitives from the U.N. war crimes court for Rwanda on Tuesday confirmed the death of genocide suspect Aloys Ndimbati, leaving only two people remaining wanted by the Rwanda tribunal. In the last three years the International Residual Mechanism for Criminal Tribunals (IRMCT) has arrested two Rwandan genocide suspects and confirmed the deaths of four other fugitives, including Ndimbati. In a statement U.N. prosecutors said they concluded Ndimbati died in 1997 in Rwanda. Ndimbati, a Rwandan public official during the 1994 genocide, was accused of having personally organised and directed the killings of thousands of Tutsis and faced multiple genocide charges. There are no remaining fugitives from the Yugoslavia tribunal and now only two outstanding suspects for the Rwanda tribunal.

NXP in September said automotive demand was "pretty good" across all its markets, including China, which contributes about 30% to the chipmaker's total revenue. However, NXP CEO Kurt Sievers said the company's communication infrastructure business performed "slightly below expectations" in the third quarter. The company forecast adjusted current quarter revenue in the range of $3.30 billion and $3.50 billion, compared to analysts' estimate of $3.43 billion, per LSEG data. Revenue in the third quarter was $3.43 billion, compared with estimates of $3.40 billion.

BENGALURU, India, Oct 30 (Reuters) - The International Tennis Federation will continue to work towards improving the Davis Cup amid low attendances in some ties in September but the governing body is happy with its existing format, ITF chief David Haggerty told Reuters. "This year the Davis Cup group stages (in September) were great. "We have many fans that are travelling with their teams, so we're excited about the Davis Cup and the format and where we're going." Boosting premier team competitions like the Davis Cup and the women's Billie Jean King Cup is also a big priority. Also, the Grand Slams have said how important both of these team competitions are, so to have their support as well is great," Haggerty said.
