One was filed by the families of the dead victims and five victims themselves – a second was filed by Barrett Hudson, who sustained seven gunshot wounds. “The shooter had a history of violent threats and behavior that clearly warranted intervention,” the suits say. Tuesday's launch at SpaceX's Starbase site in Boca Chica will be the sixth for Starship, the largest rocket ever built. Sen.
