Q: I split my workweek between home and a “hot desk”—basically, a timeshare cubicle—at my company’s headquarters.
While I appreciate the camaraderie and free cold brew in the office, I have to admit that my bland, anonymous workstation really brings me down.
Since it’s not mine 100% of the time, I can’t exactly set up house.
But are there any little design tweaks that might make it feel less cell-like?
