Take-Two Interactive Software — Shares of the video game company were down more than 2% after an update about the timing of the new Grand Theft Auto game. Doximity also reported in line revenue guidance for the first quarter. Expected revenue of $585 million to $589 million was weaker than the $590.2 million consensus estimate. The information technology company expects earnings of 55 cents to 60 cents per share in the first quarter, weaker than the FactSet consensus estimate of 76 cents earnings per share. Revenue guidance of $3.1 billion to $3.150 billion was less than the anticipated $3.3 billion.

Shares of Swiss luxury group Richemont climbed as much as 6.3% Friday after the company reported record full-year sales, even as Asia-Pacific spending waned. The Cartier owner said group sales rose 3% at actual exchange rates to an all-time high of 20.6 billion euros ($22.38 billion) in the financial year ending in March, despite a weakening outlook for luxury brands. Fiscal fourth-quarter sales fell 1% to 4.8 billion euros at actual rates, driven by a slowdown in Asia-Pacific. In a separate statement, the company announced Nicolas Bos, CEO of Van Cleef & Arpels, as its new group CEO, effective June 1.

Take-Two Interactive — Shares of the video game publisher were up about 1% after its quarterly report showed stronger-than-expected bookings. Revenue guidance of $3.1 billion to $3.15 billion was also softer than the $3.3 billion expected by Wall Street. JD.com — The Chinese e-commerce stock advanced 2.2% on the heels of a Macquarie upgrade to outperform from neutral.

The British miner said in a statement Tuesday that De Beers could be divested or demerged to "improve strategic flexibility." CEO Duncan Wanblad said the restructure, which represents "the most radical changes to Anglo American in decades," would help streamline the business and provide greater value to shareholders. The announcement comes just a day after Anglo rejected an improved takeover proposal from BHP.

Spanish bank BBVA caught markets by surprise on Thursday after it announced a rare hostile takeover bid for domestic rival Banco Sabadell, with one investment firm describing the situation as "very strange." The move comes shortly after a separate 12 billion euro ($12.87 billion) takeover offer from BBVA to Sabadell's board was rejected earlier in the week. BBVA said its takeover offer has the same financial terms as the merger offered to Sabadell's board. Shares of BBVA fell 6% at around midday London time on Thursday, while Sabadell's stock price rose more than 3%.
