A woman who anonymously sued Sean “Diddy” Combs this month for rape must reveal her name or her lawsuit will be tossed out, a judge has ruled. The complaint also said that Combs has had no contact with Doe in the years since, and noted that Combs is currently detained. The complaint was filed against Sean Combs, several of his businesses, including his label Bad Boy Records LLC, and Marriott International. Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton sued an El Paso doctor on Tuesday, accusing him of providing transition-related medical care to nearly two dozen minors in violation of state law. Texas enacted a law, Senate Bill 14, last year banning gender-affirming care for anyone under 18. Eli Lilly said on Monday it sued three medical spas and online vendors for selling products claiming to contain tirzepatide, the main ingredient in its popular weight-loss medicine Zepbound, including in the form of dissolvable tablets. Pivotal Peptides says it offers research grade tirzepatide, while MangoRx sells a compounded version, both online. Lilly has accused Pivotal Peptides of selling products claiming to contain tirzepatide directly to patients without any prescription from a medical professional, despite advertising the drugs for research purposes. Lilly said it sent a cease and desist letter to Pivotal Peptides before filing the lawsuit. Eli Lilly is seeking court orders barring the vendors from selling their drugs claiming to contain tirzepatide and unspecified monetary damages.
