Bitcoin , the flagship digital currency, crossed above $100,000 for the first time late Wednesday. The move brought its year-to-date gains to more than 140% — wildly outperforming the S & P 500's 27.6% gain. Standard Chartered analyst Geoff Kendrick said in a Thursday note he sees bitcoin surging to $200,000 by the end of 2025. MicroStrategy is running ahead of its USD 42bn three-year plan, so its purchases in 2025 should match or exceed its 2024 purchases." Several stocks tied to bitcoin rose alongside it, with proxy name MicroStrategy and Robinhood Markets gaining 9.1% and 7.2%, respectively.

He said Walmart's future looked like "urgent deliveries happening in a really fast time." He said he ordered the drone delivery when his wife Shelley realized she didn't have a key ingredient in the kitchen. In August, DroneUp, Walmart's drone delivery partner, told Axios that drone deliveries were not economically sustainable for smaller, low-cost packages. Salesforce's revenue grew 8% year over year to $9.44 billion in its third quarter, up from the $9.34 billion expected by LSEG. Salesforce raised revenue guidance to between $37.8 billion and $38 billion for its fiscal 2025, up slightly from $37.7 billion to $38 billion it had previously reported. The analysts said they are encouraged by Salesforce's strong start with its artificial intelligence agent, Agentforce, as it closed more than 200 deals during the quarter with "thousands" more in the pipeline. Salesforce's Agentforce is an example of so-called AI agent technology. Goldman Sachs analysts raised their Salesforce price target from $360 to $400 and reiterated their buy rating on the stock.

Wall Street is turning more bullish on shares of Marvell Technology in the wake of a strong earnings report. The findings prompted a slew of Wall Street firms to lift their respective price targets on the semiconductor. The average price target according implies 17% upside from Tuesday's close, according to FactSet. Malik has a buy rating on shares, while Moore rates them as equal weight. "Marvell posted a good quarter and a stronger outlook, driven in our view mostly by strong builds of Trainium 2 for Amazon," Moore wrote.

Constellation Brands announced Tuesday it will sell its Svedka vodka brand to New Orleans-based spirits company Sazerac. Constellation's wine and spirits business has been dragging on the company's strong beer portfolio, which includes Modelo and Corona. In the second quarter, the company's wine and spirits shipments dropped 9.8% year over year, the company reported. Constellation's spirits portfolio will continue to own including High West Whiskey, Mi Campo Tequila and Casa Noble Tequila. Bernstein called the news "a clear positive for Constellation," saying the company's wine and spirits weakness has dragged on the beer business.

Morgan Stanley said Black Friday traffic provided further evidence that some retail names are outperforming their peers.
