New York CNN —Mike Jeffries, the former CEO of Abercrombie & Fitch, has been arrested on charges related to sex trafficking, two sources familiar with the case tell CNN. Smith, 61, of West Palm Beach, Florida, was the romantic partner of former Abercrombie & Fitch CEO Mike Jeffries. Abercrombie & Fitch said it was “appalled” by the allegations and launched an independent investigation into the matter. Jeffries served as CEO of Abercrombie & Fitch from 1992 until 2014, when the company announced his retirement. CNN —Unreleased Jimi Hendrix songs are among an array of memorabilia belonging to the late musician that is set to go up for auction next month. “It’s an incredible collection that not only reflects the personal life of Jimi Hendrix but also transports you back to a pivotal moment in music history,” he added. A payslip for Hendrix and his bandmates are among the collection of his personal items up for auction in November. The live-streamed London auction will take place on November 15 and will include more than 400 lots of music memorabilia, according to Propstar’s website. Two racing teams, one owned by basketball legend Michael Jordan, filed a federal lawsuit on Wednesday, accusing NASCAR operators of being "monopolistic bullies" who line the pockets of the circuit's founding family.
