A former body guard for Sean Combs has filed a defamation lawsuit against a woman who in September accused him of physically and sexually assaulting her in 2001. Joseph Sherman called the allegations in Thalia Graves’ lawsuit “utterly and entirely false,” in documents filed Thursday in federal court in Manhattan. She said Sherman had lifted her up from a couch, slammed her down on a table and Combs then raped her, according to her court filing. But that’s about half the 2.9 million deportations undertaken during Barack Obama’s first term and fewer than the 1.9 million deportations during Obama’s second term. Authorities on Tuesday announced they are investigating the death of a 1-month-old baby boy who was brought to a New York hospital over the summer for malnutrition as a homicide. Officers were called to the hospital and informed by staff that the baby was "unconscious and unresponsive," the New York City Police Department said in a statement. In an update Tuesday, police said the Office of Chief Medical Examiner deemed the death a homicide. The New York Times reported that the baby died of malnutrition. The New York City Administration for Children’s Services said state confidentiality laws prohibit it from sharing certain details.
