This also ties him with Donnel Pumphrey – who achieved the same feat for San Diego State in 2015 – for the second-longest streak in Mountain West history. San Diego State seemed to base its defensive game plan around shutting down Jeanty, loading the box to contain Boise State’s run game. Denver Broncos wide receiver Josh Reynolds and another man were injured in a shooting last week after two vehicles followed them from a Glendale, Colorado, gentlemen's club, documents state. Two men, Burr Charlesworth and Luis Mendoza, were arrested in the Oct. 18 shooting, according to NBC affiliate KUSA of Denver, citing police. One caller said he was driving and had been shot, according to court documents obtained by KUSA. Reynolds was allegedly shot twice, once in his arm and once in the back of his head, KUSA reported. At one point, four vehicles were allegedly following the car Reynolds was in, according to the news station.

They are the only remaining undefeated team in the NFL after overcoming their recent rivals, the San Francisco 49ers, on Sunday. All-in-all, after seven weeks of the NFL season, the AFC is heating up with multiple potential superpowers really kicking into gear. And things went from bad to worse on Sunday when starting quarterback Deshaun Watson suffered a season-ending injury. CNN —Former National Football League (NFL) quarterback Jay Cutler was arrested and charged with driving under the influence and possession of a firearm, among other charges, after police say the car he was driving rear-ended another vehicle in Franklin, Tennessee, on Thursday. According to the police report, Cutler attempted to flee the scene after offering the other driver $2,000 not to call the police. Cutler was charged with DUI-first offense, failure to exercise due care to avoid a collision, implied consent, possession of a handgun-under the influence, according to police. New Orleans Saints quarterback Derek Carr is expected to miss multiple games with an oblique injury according to NFL Network’s Mike Garafolo and Ian Rapoport. Carr was injured in the fourth quarter of the Saints’ 26-13 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs on Monday night. Carr has completed 70.3% of his passes for New Orleans (2-3) so far this season, the second-best mark of his career. The Saints scored 91 points in the first two weeks of the season but only 67 over the last three. The Saints' next two games are against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers this upcoming Sunday, and the Denver Broncos the following Thursday.
