CNN —The oldest known tablet inscribed with the Ten Commandments from the Old Testament is expected to fetch up to $2 million when it goes up for auction next month. The ancient stone will be on show in Sotheby's New York showroom from December 5, before going on sale later in the month. The inscription was placed face upward and the stone was exposed to heavy foot traffic. According to a press statement sent to CNN by Sotheby’s, which will auction the tablet in New York next month, the stone was sold to a scholar in 1943. Last year, a Hebrew Bible more than 1,000 years old was sold for $38.1 million at Sotheby’s in New York.

Grubhub’s enterprise value of $650 million includes $500 million of senior notes and $150 million cash, Wonder said in a statement. Islamabad, Pakistan CNN —A smog-choked province in eastern Pakistan has issued a rare plea for cross-border collaboration with India, as major cities in both countries endure severe air pollution that risks the health of millions. “We are suffering in Lahore in a way due to the eastern wind corridor coming from India,” he said. A woman who anonymously sued Sean “Diddy” Combs this month for rape must reveal her name or her lawsuit will be tossed out, a judge has ruled. The complaint also said that Combs has had no contact with Doe in the years since, and noted that Combs is currently detained. The complaint was filed against Sean Combs, several of his businesses, including his label Bad Boy Records LLC, and Marriott International. He allegedly ordered Doe's friend to perform oral sex “or else he would have them both killed,” and raped Doe, according to the filing. Minneapolis AP —A federal judge has dismissed a civil rights lawsuit against a white Minnesota state trooper who shot and killed a Black man during a traffic stop last year, ruling that the trooper’s actions did not violate the law. On Wednesday, U.S. District Judge Nancy Brasel granted Trooper Ryan Londregan’s motion to dismiss the suit filed against him by the family of Ricky Cobb II. Brasel found that Londregan did not act unreasonably when he fired his weapon at Cobb as the man’s vehicle began moving forward with another state trooper partly inside. Cobb’s family filed its lawsuit in April accusing Londregan and Seide of excessive use of force and unreasonable search and seizure. Bakari Sellers, an attorney representing Cobb’s family, said the family is considering appealing the decision or amending their complaint against Londregan.
