Instead of listing the website for Universal's "Wicked" movie, boxes featured a link to a pornographic website for a group called Wicked Pictures. "Mattel was made aware of a misprint on the packaging of the Mattel Wicked collection dolls, primarily sold in the U.S., which intended to direct consumers to the official WickedMovie.com landing page," Mattel said in a statement. Consumers who already have the product are advised to discard the product packaging or obscure the link and may contact Mattel Customer Service for further information." At least 1,017 out LGBTQ candidates ran for election this year, a 1.1% increase compared with 2020, according to the LGBTQ+ Victory Fund, a political organization that tracks and supports LGBTQ candidates for elected office. The LGBTQ+ Victory Fund endorsed and tracked 477 of the LGBTQ candidates who made it to the general election. As of Friday afternoon, about three-quarters of those races had been called, with LGBTQ candidates having a success rate of approximately 80%. Scientists called Campeche an archaeological “blank spot” in the Maya Lowlands, an area spanning what is now Belize, El Salvador, Guatemala and southeastern Mexico, and which the Maya inhabited from about 1000 BC to AD 1500. Like other large capital cities from Maya sites, Valeriana had a reservoir, a ball court, temple pyramids and a broad road connecting enclosed plazas. In total, the researchers identified 6,764 structures in Valeriana and in other rural and urban settlements of varying sizes. In the north, Maya sites such as Chichén Itzá are highly visible. Morales-Aguilar’s work on Maya settlements in Guatemala aligns closely with the new findings, he told CNN in an email.

Their highly competitive races, along with a few other California congressional races, have pushed Latino voters to the front lines of the bitter fight for control of the House. “We have centered on Latino voters in our campaign,” said Whitesides, whose wife is of Cuban and Salvadoran heritage. Peloton announced that Ford executive Peter Stern will join the company as its new CEO. The fitness company is betting Stern can help turn things around. The thresholds to earn elite status on the airline's MileagePlus program are going up about 25% and include either spending on a co-branded card or a combination of spending and flying. The lowest level status, Silver Premier in 2025 will require customers to earn 5,000 premier qualifying points, or PQP, and fly 15 qualifying flights, up from 4,000 premier qualifying points and 12 qualifying flights. Travelers earn one PQPs for every $1 they spend on United and other qualifying flights. Earning Silver status only by spending— meaning getting to that status without the qualifying flights — will go for 6,000 points, up from 5,000. That would mean customers could spend $6,000 on United flights up from $5,000, regardless of the number of flights they take.
