A new 3D printed vaccine can be applied to the skin without the need for a jab. The patches can be easily transported and they don't require any special training to use. Their initial research appeared in UNC news in September, and detailed how the researchers are working to incorporate vaccines like those used against coronavirus into the patches. The 3D vaccine may also be customized to help in cases of flu or measles.
