It's the world's first example of lie-flat business class on the highly anticipated new jet. The seats don't have a door or an extra-large front row, but I don't think either is necessary. Spanish flag carrier Iberia launched the first long-haul Airbus A321XLR flight on November 14, flying seven hours from Madrid to Boston. Because the A321XLR will likely fly long-haul, many airlines plan to fit them with lie-flat business class to optimize comfort and choice.
