Istanbul CNN —Turkey’s military carried out airstrikes targeting Kurdish militants in northern Iraq on Sunday, just hours after the Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK) claimed responsibility for a deadly bombing in the capital in the latest attack of its nearly four-decade long insurgency. The ministry said in a statement that two attackers murdered a civilian and stole his vehicle ahead of the opening of parliament in Ankara. Gavin Newsom said that he'd appoint a caretaker to replace Feinstein should she leave office early. Newsom said he didn't want to "tip the balance" of the 2024 Senate primary by tapping a candidate. Major indexes ended Friday higher but were down on the week as rate fears persisted. Signs of a tight labor market renewed fears of further interest rate hikes this year. Apple fell 5% during the week on fears of a widening crackdown in China on the use of iPhones. Through the week, the S&P 500 fell 1.26%, the Dow fell 0.53%, and the Nasdaq dropped 2.11%. According to the CME FedWatch Tool, 43.5% of investors are expecting an interest rate hike in November.

They claim the Florida Constitution's privacy clause for more than 40 years has explicitly protected a right to abortion in the state.
